Protective Service Academy (IPSA) a division of the International
Protection Group, LLC, is a New York State approved Security
Training School, and is a diversified security firm based in
New York.
IPSA provides training services to many clients ranging from
large companies to individuals, seeking to improve or gain new
skills . We offer a full range of courses and programs in many
areas.
IPSA's faculty includes some of the most experienced and dynamic
instructors in their respective fields. We maintain a staff
of full and part-time personnel chosen for both their knowledge
and teaching skill. Their certifications include Certified Protection
Professional (CPP), Certified Security Trainer (CST) , Personal
Protection Specialist (PPS), NYS State-licensed Security Guard
Instructors & Private Investigators, NRA Police and Security
Firearms Instructors, and many more.
We will work with you to ensure that our courses meet your basic
needs, or we can customize, adapt, or design original programs

Our firearm instructors
teach several courses of firearm instruction including
firearms safety, basic and advanced pistol, revolver,
shotgun, and rifle. Also taught are Methods of Concealed
Carry, Tactics for the Protective Agent, and the NYS 47
hour and annual firearms course. Emphasis is placed on
reducing the need for the use of deadly force by advanced
planning and risk reduction. Specialized courses are also
available by request.

Instructor. Mr. Heying has extensive worldwide training and
experience in Executive Protection and Firearms Instruction.
